SIMPLE
Simple is the UK’s number one facial skin care brand. I helped them showcase their achievements in a case study video and a variety of social media content.
Context
Simple’s social purpose is being kind to skin, the planet and people. They’ve partnered with the anti-bullying charity Ditch the Label for three years, with the intention of making a positive impact to their audience.
They paired up with pop sensation Little Mix for their #ChooseKindness campaign. Their mission was to help put an end to cyberbullying - one kind word at a time.
As well as working on the campaign itself, I put together an internal video for them, highlighting the success of the campaign.

Goals
The #ChooseKindness campaign was extremely successful and they wanted to share this triumph with the rest of the team. The main goal was to convey their success in a creative, emotive video.
Storyboarding
I worked in tandem with a copywriter to ensure the narrative was hitting the right notes, and could be visualised well.
Using the visual style of the campaign I began working up the storyboards, so the client would have a good idea of how the video final would look.
I always include animation notes to give a better sense of what will be happening, and take my clients through it in person so they understand it completely.
